Location: Montreal, QC (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)Position Description:The Lifecycle Fleet is seeking an analyst to assist with IT Asset Management framework and implementing ITAM solutions within Enterprise Network Services (ENS).Responsibilities:
- ITAM integration and asset onboarding for ENS (hardware and software)
- Engaged external stakeholders cross-silos, drive for overall lifecycle hygiene programs
- Automation and Data Analysis
- Promote best practices and develop technologies to reduce manual process
- Is hands on, can manage inventory data from single device remediation to thousands of assets multi-year lifecycle outlook
- Enjoys collaborations with stakeholders from different regions and teams
- Enjoys a Jack of all trade's role. Doing a bit of data analysis, project management, reporting, presentations, people management, automation (Splunk), support, integration, onboarding, documentation, etc.
- Is interested in being in the middle of all levels of the technology stack in the networking environment
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on network infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of network infrastructure hierarchy and components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 + year of experience with lifecycle management of network infrastructure.
- Proficient in using Jira for project management, including creating and managing tasks, tracking progress, and generating reports. Experienced in customizing workflows and integrating Jira with other tools to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- killed in utilizing SharePoint for document management and collaboration. Experienced in creating and managing SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists. Proficient in using SharePoint to streamline business processes and improve information sharing across teams.
- Experienced in using Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence. Proficient in creating interactive dashboards and reports, connecting to various data sources, and performing data analysis to provide actionable insights. Skilled in using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and software.
- Certifications in relevant fields such as data analysis or network infrastructure.
