- Gérer toutes les activités immobilières liées aux comptes corporatifs sous sa responsabilité et repérer des occasions d'affaires pour le Groupe Services et Conseils corporatifs;
- Être notamment responsable des stratégies immobilières pour les clients ainsi que des stratégies de vente et d'acquisition d’actifs immobiliers, participer à la mise en œuvre des stratégies de marketing, préparer des études de marché, des analyses financières et à la négociation et rédaction des transactions immobilières.
- Manage all real estate activities with respect to a number of assigned corporate accounts also to be responsible in identifying business opportunities for the Advisory and Corporate Solutions Group;
- Services include: real estate strategies for clients, real estate asset divesture and acquisition strategies, as well as collaboration on the implementation of marketing and sales strategies, preparation of market studies, financial and qualitative analysis and negotiations, execution of real estate transactions as well as drafting of appropriate documentation.

- Effectuer la négociation et rédaction des transactions immobilières;
- Effectuer diverses analyses de portefeuille et analyses financières;
- Faire des recommandations stratégiques aux clients.
- Obtenir des nouveaux comptes;
- Élaborer des outils pour vendre les services de l'entreprise;
- Collaborer avec les membres de la direction, y compris les membres des bureaux de Montréal, de Toronto, de Calgary, de Vancouver et autres afin de s'assurer que les efforts déployés par les différents bureaux sont uniformes;
- Participer aux présentations visant à trouver des comptes d'entreprise, à les faire croître et à les conserver;
- Effectuer d'autres activités de location, d’acquisition, de disposition ou de consultation immobilières lorsque la direction le juge approprié;
- Être en mesure de se déplacer régulièrement afin de faire visiter des espaces et, lorsque la situation le permettra, afin de rencontrer les clients.
- Acting as client contact;
- Identifying all client concerns, opportunities and activities;
- Negotiating and executing of real estate transactions and drafting of appropriate documentation;
- Performing various portfolio analysis, financial analysis, various reports and qualitative studies for clients;
- Proposing strategic recommendations to clients.
- Obtaining additional accounts;
- Developing tools in order to sell services;
- Working closely with Management, including the Montréal, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and others Affiliated offices, to ensure that efforts in the delivery of services to clients are consistent across the country;
- Participate on presentations to identify, develop or maintain Corporate Accounts;
- Assisting on other real estate leasing, acquisition, disposition or real estate consulting activities that Management may deem that the candidate is the most appropriate person to be responsible for the file;
- Traveling on a regular basis with clients or site visits, including outside of the Montréal area.
- Diplôme universitaire en gestion immobilière, finances, droit ou autre domaine pertinent en gestion;
- Titre de courtier immobilier;
- Permis de conduire valide et automobile pour déplacements chez ou avec des clients;
- Un à trois (1-3) années d’expérience dans le domaine immobilier et de la gestion de comptes clients;
- Connaissances approfondies des services immobiliers;
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement entrepreneurial dynamique et en constante évolution;
- Capacité de travailler en équipe;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps;
- Excellent sens de l’organisation;
- Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles;

- University degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Law or other relevant Management field;
- Real Estate agent designation;
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a car for travel to or with clients;
- One to three (1-3) years of experience in real estate, account management or similar position;
- Extensive knowledge of real estate services;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving entrepreneurial environment;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to handle several tasks concurrently;
