
Financial Analyst - Permanent

- Support the preparation of the annual operating budget
- Reconcile quarterly assessments received via wire transfer
- Analyze cash flow requirements and initiate transfers to the operating account
- Assist auditors during planning, interim, and year-end audits
- Follow established EFT process and procedures
- Process invoices and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare EFT supporting files for approval
- Ensure approvals are obtained and documented properly
- Code transactions accurately to the appropriate G/L
- Maintain electronic vendor records and filing systems
- Track and reconcile credit card charges and statements
- Maintain and update the investment portfolio database
- Monitor portfolio holdings and account activity
- Access investment platforms regularly to review account status
- Provide senior staff with the necessary information for investment transactions
- Update and manage investment-related spreadsheets
- Ensure compliance with the organization's Investment Policy
- Prepare monthly investment reports
- At least 3 years' experience in accounting or a similar role
- Actively pursuing CPA designation preferred
- Fund Accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Excel
