About Our Client
Our client is sourcing a Senior Financial Analyst - Technical Accounting - for a 24-month contract.About the Opportunity
  • Support and enhance internal financial governance practices, including improving existing frameworks and developing resources to promote consistent application across the organization. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen overall financial understanding and reduce risk.
  • Partner with operational finance teams to address location-specific financial matters related to both actual results and forward-looking estimates. Provide guidance and review supporting documentation as needed.
  • Assess new and updated agreements to determine financial reporting considerations and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on evolving financial reporting requirements and evaluate potential impacts. Assist with the rollout and adoption of any required changes.
  • Contribute to analytical work related to asset evaluations and strategic transactions, ensuring supporting information is accurate and complete.
  • Provide support on various financial initiatives and periodic reporting activities, as required.
