Oversee and manage the production of CNC manufacturing machinery and assembly processes, ensuring the efficient operation of CNC equipment in alignment with industry standards
Demonstrate a proven track record in Automotive/OEM production, showcasing an in-depth understanding of the specific requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols within this industry
Utilize SPC and OPC techniques to monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Lead the implementation of 6S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) to create and maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment on the production floor
Drive the adoption of best practices in production processes, including but not limited to workflow efficiency, resource utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives, to enhance overall operational performance and meet production
