- Exposure to all relevant duties consistent with the department for which the Intern is working.
- Shadow engineers and team members to learn about advanced manufacturing processes.
- Assist with basic reporting tasks and data entry under supervision.
- Support documentation and organization of engineering and production information.
- Learn how quoting processes work by assisting with data gathering and research.
- Observe and gain exposure to manufacturing systems and tools.
- Participate in training sessions, including potential cross-border learning opportunities.
- Assist with simple research or improvement projects as assigned.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
- Interest in automotive and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Must be detail oriented.
- Has the ability to work independently.
