Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.Your roleReporting to the Senior Director, ICI PREMIÈRE, you plan, direct and monitor program production and development activities in line with programming objectives and the organization’s strategic priorities.You are also responsible for creating, developing and overseeing the production of individual programs or program series within established budget parameters. You support production teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the successful delivery of programming in line with the editorial mandate you have given them.Your ability to lead and bring people together allows you to clearly see the big picture, contribute to strategic discussions and demonstrate a high degree of creativity.
