Job Title: Project Management Specialist — Master-Level InternshipLevel: Master's Level InternshipDepartment: OperationsDuration: 520 Hours (approximately 3 hours)Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto/Chicago)Compensation: Hourly ($32)The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. We invite you to be part of our journey and leave your imprint on the future of AI.About the Role:We are currently seeking a Project Management Specialist Intern for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).   • Assist in the development and implementation of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI-driven projects.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's in project management or business administration, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

  • Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
  • Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
