Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Manage all accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities for the site, all while ensuring compliance and safeguarding assets.
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and detailed analyses to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with department heads and General Management to ensure budget variances are explained and properly controlled.
  • Standard Compliance: Ensure all internal, external, and governmental audits are completed successfully while upholding the organization's quality and safety systems.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and develop the accounting team, delivering coaching, training, and performance evaluations to nurture success within the department.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • CPA designation is required.
  • 7-10+ years of accounting experience within the manufacturing space, including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong month end close, financial reporting, standard costing and inventory management experience.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory processes, and compliance best practices.
