🔹 What You'll DoManage a portfolio of delinquent commercial and auto finance accountsNegotiate repayment agreements and settlements with clientsCoordinate with legal teams, trustees, collection agencies, and repossession unitsAssist in recovering losses after asset liquidation or insurance claimsTrack, follow up, and document all collection activities accuratelyConduct skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach clientsSupport internal referrals and prepare credit documentation for escalated accountsEnsure compliance with leasing laws and internal policiesQualifications
1-5 years of experience in a collectionsComfortable communicating in both English and FrenchExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesGood problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesProficient with commonly used office softwareAdditional language skills or knowledge of legal/financial frameworks considered an assetSummary
