  • Support both pre-award and post-award contract processes for major capital projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-such as engineering, finance, and project management-to shape and align scopes of work.
  • Monitor ongoing contract execution, proactively identifying risks and communicating key updates to leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver contract award recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive the administration of complex contracts, ensuring alignment with internal governance and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the evolution of contract management practices through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms and assist in the assessment of both technical and financial proposals.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration or commercial management.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with local and international contracting standards and regulations is an asset.
