Shift: 7x7- 12h shifts
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: up to 50% travel within Canada and the USA
Relocation: This position does not offer relocationKey Job Responsibilities
- Support equipment builds, commissioning, and field repairs
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems (including PLCs and digital drives)
- Provide on-site technical support across all product lines
- Interface with engineering and product support to resolve recurring issues
- Maintain accurate service records and customer data
- Work overtime when needed-and thrive in it
- Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson (dual ticket preferred)
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with mining shovels and drills
- Strong diagnostic skills and comfort with high-voltage systems
- Familiarity with A/B Rockwell, ABB, Siemens Step-7
- Proven field experience and solid customer service instincts
- Able to work independently and lead in the field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license and able to access any mine site without restrictions
