Client is seeking a Senior Front End Developer to join a high impact team building next generation enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, modern user interfaces using React.js, micro frontend architecture, and close collaboration with product and design teams.This is an exciting opportunity to work on systems that support mission critical operations and process millions of transactions, while shaping the future of front end architecture within one of Canada's leading technology organizations.What You'll Do
  • Lead the development of modern, responsive web applications using React.js
  • Design and implement micro frontend architectures for scalable and modular UI systems
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers using Figma to translate designs into high quality code
  • Define and enforce front end architecture standards and best practices
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end to end experiences
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
  • What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in front end development
  • Strong expertise in React.js including hooks and state management
  • Experience with micro frontend architectures (Module Federation, single spa)
  • Experience with Figma and design systems
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility
  • Familiarity with modern tooling (Webpack, Vite, CI/CD)
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Exposure to design systems and component libraries
  • Knowledge of Vue.js or Angular
  • Experience in enterprise environments (telecom, SaaS)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
