- Lead presales solutioning for integration and middleware opportunities (e.g., MuleSoft, Software AG, IBM), partnering with account teams to qualify, shape, and win pursuits.
- Price and scope work, produce proposals, and present solution narratives that connect business problems to technical architectures.
- Own the handoff into delivery—remain accountable postsale, oversee mobilization, and ensure delivery teams have the context and guardrails to succeed.
- Consolidate and manage the deal desk/pipeline, capturing opportunity details, resourcing needs, status, value, and timelines; drive weekly pipeline calls focused on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Apply clear labels and governance across pursuits (RFP/pursuit classification, resource counts, owners) and maintain accurate notes that support resourcing and forecasts.
- Collaborate across disciplines (architecture, delivery management, staffing/availability) to align demand and supply and scale through delivery managers.
- Demonstrated technology presales experience in middleware/integration (e.g., MuleSoft, Software AG, IBM) with the architectural depth to bridge between customer needs and delivery teams.
- Proven ability to scope, estimate, and price complex integration work.
- Track record of owning delivery outcomes for solutions you’ve helped sell; comfortable operating across presales and delivery.
- Excellent communication and clientfacing storytelling skills.
- Experience scaling delivery ; strong pipeline governance habits.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; emphasis is on presales, pricing, and delivery integration.
