- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited school.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice veterinary medicine in Canada.
- 6+ years of clinical experience.
- Proven leadership and management experience in veterinary practice or multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of veterinary regulations, standards of care, and clinical workflows.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 30%).
- French language skills are an asset but not required.
