
Program Consultant - Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences (Acquired Brain Injury Program)

- Active registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
- Undergraduate Degree in Social Work and related experience.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and a vehicle and be able to travel throughout North Simcoe Muskoka.
- Current clinical experience and knowledge of social work as it applies to the area of acquired brain injury.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Proven attendance record.
- Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and staff safety policies and procedures that foster a safe and inclusive environment for all.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the job.
- Effectively uses empathy in interactions with others and demonstrates behaviours consistent with Mackenzie Health’s Commitment to Caring.
