- Conducting A/B testing to refine processes and communication strategies.
- Monitoring feature adoption and key initiative performance.
- Using creative problem-solving to boost team and platform performance.
- Managing concurrent projects and ensuring stakeholder deliverables are met.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or within a marketplace environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Confident using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets to support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with CRM systems and operational processes.
- Track record of leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- High attention to detail and a focus on executional excellence.
- Quick to learn new systems and adaptable to evolving workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating with various internal stakeholders and managing deliverables.
- Background in operations or analytics is required (not customer service, HR, or customer success).
