Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and Bilingual (English/French) Operations Associate for a temporary position based in Toronto, ON, offering $32.50 per hour. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting platform users and merchants across Canada by optimizing operations, resolving issues, and improving processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Running and tracking recurring workflows.
  • Establishing and documenting new operational processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Managing fraud-related investigations from support teams.
  • Ensuring timely and thorough resolution of operational issues.
  • Developing and optimizing market-specific communications.
  • Conducting A/B testing to refine processes and communication strategies.
  • Monitoring feature adoption and key initiative performance.
  • Using creative problem-solving to boost team and platform performance.
  • Managing concurrent projects and ensuring stakeholder deliverables are met.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or within a marketplace environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Confident using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and operational processes.
  • Track record of leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on executional excellence.
  • Quick to learn new systems and adaptable to evolving workflows.
  • Comfortable collaborating with various internal stakeholders and managing deliverables.
  • Background in operations or analytics is required (not customer service, HR, or customer success).
