- Perform daily transactional inventory reconciliation across multiple distribution terminals in Canada.
- Analyze abnormal stock variations and lead troubleshooting efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) for accurate month-end closure.
- Contribute to achieving key performance indicators that impact business outcomes.
- Collaborate across functions to resolve inventory variances, supporting front office and customer-facing teams.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in reconciliation, inventory management, or accounting.
- Working knowledge of SAP S4, SAP Fiori, or similar ERP systems related to hydrocarbon movements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the MS Power platform.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
