Do you take pride in delivering measurable business outcomes-not just project milestones?We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior ERP & IT Project Manager for our Vancouver branch to lead client-facing delivery engagements from initiation through go-live and hypercare. In this role, you will own project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer experience while leading cross-functional technical teams to successfully deliver ERP and IT initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.A Day in the Life:Lead client-facing ERP, data, and IT implementation projects through discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare (Dynamics 365 preferred; other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Workday, etc.)Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and customer experience; establish and maintain project governance and reportingLead cross-functional technical delivery teams (consultants, developers, solution architects, data, integration, infrastructure, and security) and drive accountability to commitmentsOwn client communications (cadence, channels, audience-specific updates) and facilitate executive sponsor / steering committee updatesProactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and decisions required; lead difficult conversations professionally and drive timely resolution of issues and escalationsManage project RAID and dependency tracking; remove blockers and coordinate across teams and vendorsPlan and coordinate data migration activities (strategy, mock conversions, reconciliation), integration delivery, and environment readinessLead end-to-end testing planning and execution support (SIT/UAT), including defect triage, prioritization, and entry/exit criteriaDevelop and manage cutover plans, go-live readiness, and hypercare support; ensure smooth transition to operations and/or managed servicesSupport statement of work (SOW) delivery execution and governance, including change control, scope management, client approvals, and participation in SOW review processes in partnership with account leadershipWhat You Bring:7+ years of experience as an IT/ERP Project Manager delivering enterprise software implementations in a client-facing consulting environmentERP implementation experience on at least one major platform (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Workday, etc.), including end-to-end lifecycle deliveryDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical delivery teams and manage complex dependencies (data, integration, infrastructure, security)Strong customer service mindset with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, handle escalations, and deliver an excellent client experienceExperience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies (hybrid delivery experience preferred)Strong governance and delivery discipline: RAID management, status reporting, change control, scope management, and schedule managementExcellent communication and facilitation skills, including executive-level updates and leading tough conversations professionallyWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:

Previous Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivery experience
Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for backlog, work item, and release tracking
Hands-on experience planning and coordinating data migration, integration delivery, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover/go-live readiness
Experience supporting statement of work (SOW) execution, including scope changes, client approvals, and change orders
Certifications strongly preferred PMP and/or Scrum Master (CSM)
