We’re looking for a Inside Sales Representative in the kitchen and home appliances industry. This is a fully onsite job in Concord, ON and cannot be done remotely.Our client is a fast-growing distributor of premium kitchen tools and home appliances. Engage with customers via online chat, phone, and email to drive sales and offer personalized support
Recommend kitchen and home appliance products based on customer needs and product specifications
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and product inquiries
Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to ensure product availability
Stay current on new product features, trends, and competitive offerings to support consultative selling
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to process enhancements
Support team operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
The successful candidate has:
Previous experience in inside sales or sales support
Strong interest or background in kitchenware, home appliances, or culinary products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort with e-commerce platforms and learning new systems
A detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Compensation and benefits:
$18 – $21/hour depending on experience
