- Provide exceptional tax and accounting advice to members.
- Foster strong relationships with members and secure member referrals.
- Meet with members in their place of business
- Recognize member needs and connect them with our other domain experts within the company and network.
- Participate in community events.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a tax preparation or accounting firm.
- Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software, preferably with Taxprep or Xero. iFirm knowledge would be desirable.
- Experience preparing corporate tax returns is a requirement.
- Experience preparing tax returns for farms and small businesses.
- Experience with AgriInvest
- Superior client service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- This role requires 2 days per week onsite, and 3 WFH
