Fundraising Professionals; are you ready for your next challenge? We are working with a premiere charitable organization to help them secure strong leadership in their fundraising development. This opportunity offers the ability grow your fundraising analytical skills and to take a leadership role in managing the efforts of others.Duties include but are not limited to:

Develop and lead the data management strategy for all fundraising campaigns
Lead system configuration, upgrades with the goal of innovating donations tools
Supervise all gift processing and acknowledgement functions
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate revenue reconciliation
Develop and manage performance metrics, dashboards and reporting tools
Evaluate and optimize operational workflows and system to enhance efficiency and donor experience
Partner with internal and external partners to ensure that systems are secure
Manage the efforts of those who report to you, including serving as the internal expert and resource
Participate in the development of your team in collaboration with Human Resources

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

Post-secondary education in data management, database administration, or related field
One to three years of experience in development or fundraising
One year of supervisory/managerial experience
Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, including data analytics, dashboards and performance measurement

About the JobThis role is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of $70,000 to $80,000 with a comprehensive, progressive benefits plan with a retirement component. Our client is conveniently located with free parking. This is a leadership role with management and oversight responsibilities and is five days/week in office.
