- Operate as a point of contact for agency planning teams.
- In partnership with agency teams, ensure that all client needs and requirements while providing the highest degree of client service.
- Develop innovative proposals and responses to client requests with internal agency partners.
- Provide innovative programmatic solutions (e.g. product offerings and proposals) to clients.
- Oversee Coordinators in solving billing discrepancies/queries, and budget control reports (BCRs).
- Maintain and develop knowledge of programmatic ecosystem
- Ensure effective set up of advertisers, line items (tactics) in various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) including DoubleClick Bid Manager, TURN, The Trade Desk, Adobe, etc.
- Generate DSP conversion and remarketing pixels.
- Generate campaign performance, delivery and site level reports from DSPs.
- Review and flag any potential challenges (e.g. low viewability placements, non-brand safe sites, etc.) or opportunities (e.g. high performing placements with low eCPMs) and create site lists based on reports
- Troubleshoot tagging issues for clients (e.g. tracking/conversion pixels, 3rd party verification, creative, etc.).
- Recommend testing alternative platforms or media partners for specific campaign KPIs.
- Train new team members (e.g. Coordinator and Associate) on platforms and processes.
- Proactively present strategic brand solutions to client teams.
- First point of escalation on campaign or platform issues (pacing/performance).
- Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
- Experience in programmatic media management with a leading advertising agency, publisher/exchange, or optimization firm
- Proficiency level required for DV360 and Amazon DSP platforms
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising industry and real-time media market dynamics.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
