and trusted by clients in various industries.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a courteous professional with the ability to multi-task in our fast paced environment. You will be required to:
  • Handle internal and external customer services issues via phone and email, this may include contacting drivers directly for information
  • Enter pickups
  • Assist with OS&D
  • Misc. office items such as filing, sorting mail, ordering office supplies, managing the calendar for the boardroom
  • Greet and direct visitors accordingly
  • Scanning paperwork
  • Printing shipping labels
  • Assisting with payroll for the driver group
  • Working with our US partner carriers for cross boarder shipments
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • AS400 Experience / will train
  • Familiar with Google Sheets, Gmail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
