- Develop and lead seasonal content strategies and special activations in alignment with marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and analyze market trends to optimize approaches and support innovation.
- Plan and structure production calendars in coordination with internal teams, setting priorities according to business goals and deadlines.
- Supervise the full content production cycle, from creation to distribution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Optimize workflows and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving purchasing, communications, marketing, digital, visual merchandising, international, and operations teams.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the content team, strategically allocate resources, and monitor performance.
- Oversee the production and updating of product-related content tools (guides, web content, marketing materials), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing and marketing teams to align priorities and meet business needs.
- Support the planning and guidance of photoshoots and video needs, collaborate with the creative team on briefs, and contribute to quality control of deliverables.
- Lead inter-team alignment meetings and maintain effective communication between marketing, e-commerce, product, and studio teams.
- Act as a content and product expert to support and advise internal teams.

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in content, communications, or marketing, including at least 5 years in team management.
- Significant experience in retail.
- Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication, influence, and team engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of product development and purchasing processes.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong creativity and passion for the fashion industry.
