- Supervise the activities of all employees (in all operations areas) to achieve established targets
- Plan, schedule, prioritize and organize all work to meet deadlines and customer requirements
- Create shipping labels and shipping documents
- Ensure effective cross-training of staff to cover absences and vacations
- Train, Monitor, Manage, and Motivate employees to continuously improve
- Lift/move mail bins/bags
- Build and wrap skids for shipping
- Load and offload truck using pump truck/forklift
- 2 years of Warehouse Team Lead experience
- Logistics environment experience would be an asset
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be punctual, reliable, self-directed, and a quick-learner
- Able to work independently
