- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively, escalating when necessary.
- Track and report project progress using Deloitte-approved tools and dashboards (e.g., ServiceNow, DT executive dashboards).
- Ensure compliance with Deloitte's delivery excellence processes and methodologies, including Agile and SSDLC where applicable.
- Oversee cost estimation, tracking, and budget management for assigned projects.
- Maintain documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, and compliance checklists.
- Support resource management activities, including allocation adjustments and backup planning during extended PTO or project changes.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and best practices from the Deloitte Project Management Toolkit.
- Proven experience managing complex projects within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools endorsed by Deloitte.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
- Familiarity with Deloitte's delivery excellence processes and resource management protocols.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and software development lifecycle (SSDLC) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools, including PowerPoint and ServiceNow.
