- Design and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, from passive candidate interest to application.
- Drive successful end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns and activities ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met with excellence and efficiency.
- Be a trusted advisor to internal partners, using data and insights to drive decision-making and continuously optimize strategy.
- Champion our brand visual and verbal guidelines to ensure campaign creatives are on-brand throughout the candidate journey and across all touchpoints such as landing pages, newsletters, and more.
- Analyze campaign results to track performance, identify wins and learnings, trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations and actionable insights to continuously optimize campaign ROI.
- Visualize and present campaign results and ROI in performance updates and wrap-up reports to senior leaders
- Provide leadership and foster collaboration with integrated support teams, stakeholders, and agency partners to deliver creative that is on brand, on time, and on budget to drive results
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in marketing or brand strategy, with a focus on paid, digital, content and social media
- Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing experience is an asset
- Proven ability to build and execute brand strategies that achieve measurable business results
- Excellent knowledge of traditional and digital advertising mediums
- Analytical mindset with experience drawing insights from qualitative and quantitative data; delivering insights and reporting to stakeholders to inform strategy
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to audiences of different seniority
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, search engine, web, analytics, marketing automation and other tools that support building awareness and demand generation with candidates
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across a complex matrixed organization
- Experience managing external agency and partner relationships
- Agency experience is a strong asset
- Phenom CMS, CRM, Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Intermediate to expert SEM/SEO skills and experience
