We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager/Senior Consultant to oversee a large-scale technology implementation in the retail sector. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead and manage the deployment of cutting-edge systems across numerous store locations. The role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery that meets both technical and business objectives.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail across multiple retail locations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, internal teams, and third-party integrators to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between IT, retail operations, and store leadership to align goals and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing challenges and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet established standards.
  • Oversee testing and deployment phases, ensuring systems are functional and optimized.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the project.
  • Establish scalable processes and frameworks to support future growth and system enhancements.• Extensive experience in project management within the retail or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing project workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Familiarity with LS Retail and its integration into retail environments.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and implement strategic plans effectively.
  • Solid background in QA management and testing processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
