- Define and execute the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for global infrastructure and operations, aligned with business priorities and technology goals.
- Build and scale high-performing teams across DevOps, SRE, Networking, and Database disciplines.
- Oversee global infrastructure operations across multiple time zones and cultural environments.
- Manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including compute, storage, network, and security.
- Develop and implement robust automation strategies using AI/ML to reduce toil, accelerate issue resolution, and improve system reliability.
- Lead initiatives in observability, CI/CD security, and proactive incident prevention.
- Ensure the infrastructure is secure, compliant, and resilient, with robust business continuity and disaster recovery practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Security) to ensure infrastructure is enabling product velocity and stability.
- Lead vendor and service provider relationships, including SLA enforcement, performance reviews, and contract alignment.
- Own the hiring, mentoring, and development of global infrastructure teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and leadership growth.
- Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, focusing on cost optimization and resource forecasting.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CTO, contributing to broader technology strategy and executive-level planning.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading infrastructure and operations across both private and public cloud platforms.
- Proven leadership of DevOps, SRE, Networking, and Database Management functions, with direct responsibility for cross-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience reporting directly to a CTO or CIO.
- Deep technical expertise in infrastructure architecture, automation, performance engineering, and systems design.
- Strong background in AI-powered automation, with hands-on experience implementing intelligent systems for monitoring, alerting, resolution, and performance optimization.
- Experience scaling platforms to meet growing business demands, including establishing cloud governance and lifecycle management.
- History of working with global teams across different cultures and time zones, with excellent collaboration and communication.
- Strategic thinker with a strong vision for modern infrastructure and platform engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- High emotional intelligence and proven ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in deploying and managing observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of secure software development, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Exposure to regulatory environments (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
