Description :The Manager, Process Planning and Support analyzes the feasibility and impacts of strategic business change on the Network & Field Operations team as the functional expert for all related Order to Cash and Incident Management business processes and related IT applications. This position advocates for the Network & Field Operations teams on project teams as well as leads change management deliverables for those teams. Must make business decisions that maximize efficiencies for the customer, the Network & Field Operations group, and the Company as a whole.Must make clear recommendations to the Project Manager/Team and operational stakeholders as well as participate in the identification of risks, risk mitigation strategies and issues management. Direct functional testing activities and participate in project test planning, clarification of requirements and creation of test cases.Develop and implement change management plans for the Network & Field Operations group that supports operational improvement, maximizes user adoption, and delivers business results expected from process and technology changes. This includes performing process and procedure impact analysis for the Field & Network Operations teams. Collaborate with the Field & Network Operations teams to determine training and support materials required to produce, acquire, and deliver training and end-user support materials, that will minimize disruption due to change.Analyze existing processes/procedures to identify and prioritize process or system improvement opportunities that create efficiencies through the elimination of redundant and non-value add activities resulting in improved customer and employee satisfaction. Lead and facilitate cross functional teams to discuss and review full impacts to build case for change. This position will also lead or participate in implementation of recommendation.Assist the Field & Network Operations teams with day-to-day operations when required.Other duties as required.Knowledge and Skills RequiredThis position requires a university undergraduate degree, preferably in business or IT related discipline of Business Analysis, supplemented by five years’ related experience in operations/leadership in telecommunications or related industry. Demonstrated competency in analytical, research, problem solving, organizational/planning, communication (oral, written, presentation and listening) and facilitation are required.As part of the recruitment process for this position, candidates may be required to take pre-employment tests and/or complete work simulation exercise to assess job fit.What We Offer You
