  • To provide a professional and courteous service at all times
  • To count and check that Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning items correspond with the completed Laundry & Dry Cleaning docket
  • To liaise with Laundry Service Provider in relation of Laundry and Dry Cleaning procedures
  • To efficient use of washing machines and dryers to launder guest items and staff uniform
  • To perform handwashing of delicate or specialty items when necessary, ensuring careful handling and proper cleaning
  • To allocate uniforms to new employee and to inspect all uniforms to ensure they are maintained in good repair.
  • To Inspect all uniforms to ensure they are in good order and are maintained in good repair, ensuring hems, zippers, buttons and any other repairs are attended to.
Qualifications:
  • A good understanding of English so that you can communicate with each other and our Guests.
  • Not have any issues bending, lifting and walking for long periods.
  • Be flexible enough so that you can work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia.
