Using strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll help customers select the right vehicle, negotiate terms that fit their lifestyle and budget, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.Our ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality, thrives in a performance-based environment, and has a strong track record of building long-term customer relationships.What Drives Your Day-to-DayGreet and assist customers in the showroom while maintaining a professional, welcoming environmentAct as a subject-matter expert on new and used vehicles, financing options, and application processesBuild rapport with customers and guide them through vehicle selection and payment negotiationsPresent vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughsMaintain accurate customer records to drive repeat and referral businessProactively follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain a full appointment calendarLeverage negotiation skills while ensuring high customer satisfactionFollow dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and required training programsPerform other duties as assigned by store leadershipWhat Are the Must-HavesMust be 18 years of age or older (insurance requirement)Valid provincial driver’s license with acceptable driver’s abstractAuthorized documentation to work in CanadaAbility to pass a pre-employment background and MVR screeningOpen availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred3+ years of customer-facing experience required (sales, retail, marketing, or customer service preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsCompetitive drive, resilience, consistency, and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to meet physical demands of the roleThe Perks
