- Build, maintain, and continually refine the company’s pricing library to enable accurate and efficient quoting.
- Partner with supply chain and vendor teams to negotiate costs, confirm lead times, and ensure margin integrity.
- Support sales leadership in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and costing comparisons.
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) data with precision, ensuring all client and deal details are current, accurate, and actionable.
- Track and report Territory Manager activity, pipeline status, and opportunity metrics using HubSpot.
- Participate in cost negotiations with factories to maintain competitive pricing and profitability.
- Help identify ways to grow existing client accounts with new product or program ideas.
- Maintain organized documentation of customer communication, pricing data, and project details.
- Working closely with the Designers and Program Management team to ensure products meet client expectations and program hand-offs are seamless
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Build and foster relationships with our amazing clients and suppliers
- Track projects and ensure successful completion of milestones throughout the process using HubSpot.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Build and maintain team WIP (Work in Progress) for holistic project oversight
- Assist with sample management, including requests, shipments, and tracking for client and sales team samples.
- Support leadership with administrative functions related to quoting, reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Participate in client or vendor meetings, trade shows, and learning sessions to strengthen product and industry knowledge.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, customer service, or project management (preferably in apparel, promotional products, or manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of apparel production, decoration techniques (screen print, heat transfer, embroidery, etc.), and garment construction
- MUST be fluent in English, able to speak, read and write
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

- Flexibility and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Hours: Full-time, permanent position (minimum 40 hours per week)
- Temporary Position (15 – 18 month Fixed-term Contract) with possibility of extension of/new contract if business volume continues to grow
- Hybrid role – you'll have the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite in our Vancouver office
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident and live in the Lower Mainland
