Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion de mettre à profit votre expertise en coordination de projets de construction et de contribuer à l’avenir de notre industrie.Résumé des principales responsabilitésSuivre et créer les CDR et effectuer les suivis liés à la constructionMettre à jour les registres de projets, LLW, CAPEX et TI, et superviser le suivi des dossiers d’affairesCréer les factures relatives aux frais de gestion de projetsRédiger les dossiers d’affaires sous la direction de l’équipe immobilière et du gestionnaire de constructionMettre à jour les fichiers CAPEX selon les directives reçuesParticiper aux processus de préconstruction et d’appels d’offres, incluant la révision des soumissions finalesDévelopper et maintenir les registres de risques, registres des enjeux et dépôts de documentsAccompagner le gestionnaire de projet lors des réunions de chantierEffectuer les inspections de site et créer les éléments d’action requisAssurer le suivi des coûts et préparer des rapports de gestion des changementsCréer les bons de commande pour les projetsCoordonner les besoins de construction des locatairesContribuer à la préparation des budgets de constructionParticiper à la révision des documents de construction des locataires pour le propriétaireCoordonner avec l’équipe de construction corporativeExaminer les baux (TI, LLW) et autres exigences des gestionnairesPréparer et soumettre les dossiers TI et LLW des locataires pour paiementAccomplir toute autre tâche connexeProfil recherchéMinimum 2 ans d’expérience en coordination de projets de construction en gestion immobilièreCapacité à gérer plusieurs projets, échéanciers et livrables simultanémentExpérience avec YARDI et autres logiciels de gestion immobilièreExcellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication écrite et oraleMaîtrise de Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPointCapacité d’interpréter des plans et devis multidisciplinairesSens élevé de l’initiative, autonomie et éthique de travail rigoureuseCapacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans des délais serrésProfessionnalisme élevé et solides aptitudes interpersonnellesBilinguisme français/anglais requisFormation postsecondaire en technologie de l’architecture, science du bâtiment ou gestion de projetDémarche vers un PMP ou RPA considérée comme un atoutCertification ASP Construction obligatoirePermis de conduire valide au Québec et accès à un véhicule fiable requisEnglish VersionAbout the RoleAs a Construction Project Coordinator within our REMS team in Montreal, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient execution of all phases of construction projects, from tendering through close‑out. You are highly organized, proactive, and bring a positive, solutions‑oriented approach.
