Employment & Labour Associate

• Advise and represent clients on a wide spectrum of employment and labour law matters, including unionized and non-unionized workplace issues.
• Provide legal counsel and support during corporate transactions related to labour and employment matters.
• Manage litigation files and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative solutions that align with client goals and business objectives.

• A law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Employment & Labour law, with a demonstrated depth of knowledge in this area.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent business judgment paired with proven analytical and drafting skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated initiative and a collaborative work ethic, with the ability to thrive in team-based projects.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities.
