Accounting Technician – Country Ford WilkieFull-Time, 40 hours/ week | Monday-FridayJob Location: Wilkie, SaskatchewanWe are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our Country Ford Wilkie team — someone who plays a key role in delivering awesome support to both internal and external customers. This role goes beyond numbers; you’ll bring together your clerical, administrative, and accounting skills to keep operations running smoothly, while handling tracking and reporting with accuracy, positivity, and a true FFUN attitude.What you’ll be doing:
  • Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices· Issuing cheques to vendors and handling lien payouts
  • Posting daily deposits· Performing general accounting tasks, including posting general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end activities
  • Posting deals
  • Posting company Visa transactions, monitoring credit limits to maintain a healthy balance, and performing weekly reconciliations
  • Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements and execution of the monthly accounts payable cheque run.
What we're looking for:
  • Some prior experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is essential in this role
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong initiative and accountability to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
