- Serve guests in a friendly, professional, timely and enthusiastic manner
- Properly ensure all payment is being received and recorded for product on POS system
- Set-up and maintenance of outlet
- Clearing dishes and wiping tables
- Monitor stock and replenish all beverage supplies to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Deep cleaning of tables, chairs, counters, etc.
- Polish and roll cutlery as required
- Break bartenders and help bartender at peak times
- Report any loss or theft of company property to management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Inspect work area daily and report any hazards and/or defective equipment to management
- Comply with all Health and Safety requirments including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as requried
- Report all injuries, accidents and unsual conditions to management immediatley
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
- High School Diploma; and be self motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ablility to perform tasks effectively and safely within prescribed time limits
- Maintain a positive working relationship with fellow employees and management as part of a team
- Ability to aquire a criminal check or an AGCO Cat 2 license
- Valid Smart Serve required
