- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design comprehensive IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Research and assess emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend suitable solutions for specific projects.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to the proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of architectural designs, guidelines, and decisions.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of IT solutions, considering factors like load balancing and resource utilization.
- In-depth knowledge of BSS components including Billing, CRM, Order Management, Revenue Assurance, and Mediation
- Several years of experience in IT architecture, software development, or a related role.
- Proficiency in a variety of technologies, such as cloud platforms, programming languages, databases, and networking.
- In-depth experience with BSS integration, open API standards, TM Forum etc.
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman can be a plus.
- Netcracker experience or experience with similar tools like Amdocs, Ericsson Automated Network Operation, Nokia, or others would also be a consideration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding technical teams and influencing decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
