- Execute data audits with focus on key areas of item data error risk , adhering to predetermined schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Update and maintain respective SOPs for each report
- Monitor data audit volumes, analyse record count trends and effectively communicated summarized findings to the data management team.
- Review for proper identification of items that are eligible within applicable subsidy programs
- Validate item weight information in support of accurate subsidy claims
- Engage with key stakeholders to align on changing data practice or system enhancements that would impact ability to resolve data issues
- Provide recommendations to process and report design in light of changing business needs
- Minimum 1-2 years office/professional service experience
- Certificate or diploma in a marketing or administrative related program is an asset
- Beginner level understanding and utilization of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Retail experience considered an asset
- Intermediary Microsoft Office with specific emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
- Detail oriented while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish work independently and within a team to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
