- Assist with the administration of governance documents, reports and inventories
- Analyze, deliver, and implement projects and activities
- Utilize the latest technologies available, designing and building solutions to meet business needs
- Be an active contributor to not only your individual team, but to the RBC development community
- Constantly seek out better ways to do things, new tools, new technologies, new processes
- Work as part of an agile team responsible for end-to-end delivery of business needs
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution
- Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
- Knowledge and understanding of how laws and regulations are created and implemented within Canada
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial Crimes
- Ability to learn and absorb new concepts (in business and in systems) quickly and apply new knowledge
- Network and build lasting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds from across Canada

- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2026 ; or
