- Completion of coursework in office administration, business administration or a related field
- Recent experience providing administrative and/or reception support, such as formatting documents, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, maintaining confidentiality and organizing records (paper and digital).
- Providing client service in a busy environment
- Supporting senior management (e.g., drafting letters, editing documents, taking minutes, managing schedules and calendars)
- Handling financial tasks like processing invoices, reconciling accounts, or managing budgets (considered an asset)
- Modeling interpersonal skills and personal responsibility (communication, relationships with others and self-awareness)
- Taking action and achieving results (action management)
