Salary Ranges:
  • AR06: $61,723 - $71,319
  • AR07: $63,710 - $73,642
  • AR08: $66,027 - $76,354
  • AR09: $68,518 - $79,255
  • AR10: $71,322 - $82,549
Essential Qualifications (What we're looking for in your resume):Please submit your resume demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Be sure to list your relevant experience in detail for each job you've held and include the month and year. This helps us accurately assess your experience.
  • Completion of coursework in office administration, business administration or a related field
  • Recent experience providing administrative and/or reception support, such as formatting documents, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, maintaining confidentiality and organizing records (paper and digital).
  • Providing client service in a busy environment
For senior-level roles, please demonstrate experience in:
  • Supporting senior management (e.g., drafting letters, editing documents, taking minutes, managing schedules and calendars)
  • Handling financial tasks like processing invoices, reconciling accounts, or managing budgets (considered an asset)
Candidates with an equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered equally.Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills and Suitability (what we will assess candidates on in an interview):
