- Document the processes in order to identify gaps and suggest improvements
- Analyse and connect with services lines to understand the services has and how the are being delivered using a client centric approach
- Facilitates meetings and brainstorm sessions/consultations
- Provide advice to service lines and authorization process
- Managing timelines, deliverables and client relationships.
- Federal Government Experience and a Secret Clearance
- ITSM process knowledge
- Incident / Service Management
- Strong writing skills
- ITIL Certification
- Project Management Experience
- Active Directory Experience
