We are seeking an Accounting & Financial Analyst to support month-end close, financial reporting, treasury activities, and cash flow preparation, while partnering closely with the FP&A team. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience working in a project-based, asset-intensive environment such as elevator construction and maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Close SupportSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesPrepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsPerform variance analysis and investigate fluctuationsSupport audits and internal control requirementsFinancial Reporting & AnalysisProduce month-end financial reporting and management analysisSupport budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities in partnership with FP&AAnalyze working capital, liquidity, and cash flow trendsTreasury & Cash FlowPrepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecastsSupport treasury-related activities, including liquidity monitoring and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3–6 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysisStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsAdvanced Excel skills , including complex formulas and financial modelingExperience supporting month-end close and reportingStrong analytical skills and attention to detailPreferred / AssetsExperience in a construction, project-based, or asset-intensive industryExperience working with Oracle ERPExposure to EPM and/or SAP consolidation toolsPrior FP&A support experienceCPA designation or active progress toward completionCore CompetenciesAbility to balance detailed accounting work with analytical responsibilitiesStrong communication skills across finance and operationsAbility to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
