Seize the opportunity: take your next step with us and join our team.Branch Manager (Full Time) - Regina, SKThis position coordinates and directs the activities within the branch to meet or exceed sales and margin targets; effectively manages all branch operating costs; manages employees.Major Responsibilities:
  • Aligns branch strategy with LCI Strategic plan, promotes sales growth by directing efforts of sales staff, effective store layout, local marketing efforts.
  • Manages day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Management of the truck fleet
  • Supervises the daily activities of Inside Sales and Warehouse staff.
  • Provides training and development to ensure optimum performance from staff.
  • Manages performance of staff, helps hire new staff.
  • Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained and monitors purchases to control expenses.
  • Awareness of the annual budget and ensures objectives are attained.
  • Develops sales and operating strategies with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
  • Ensures safety guidelines are met in all aspects of business in accordance with policy and procedure.
QualificationsEducation and Professional Experience:
  • Degree or diploma - Commerce, Business or Marketing, Welding or applicable preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales experience selling to industrial segment, such as mining, forestry, and manufacturing will be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with driving and provincial transport regulations considered an asset
  • Experience in a retail environment.
