The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a Partnership Activations Coordinator to join our team. The Partnership Activations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our partnerships with corporate clients and sponsors for the Blue Bombers and Grey Cup 2025. A large part of this role will be managing and facilitating partnership deliverables and seeing them through from initiation to completion annually . As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and executing partnership objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing teams, ensuring successful execution. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and sponsors
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure partnerships deliverables are in place in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate and execute sponsor related game day elements and non-game day activations throughout the year
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to facilitate partner signage, giveaways and other activation related items from ordering, tracking and delivering
  • Track and report on partnership activations, including ROI metrics and KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service to all partners and stakeholders
  • Partnerships administrative assistance
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership activation/operations or a related field is an asset
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to manage and priorities multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Archtics is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability and willingness to work evening and weekends required
