This is more than a supervisory role. · As the Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead, you will:

Supervise, coordinate, and train warehouse associates
Act as second-in-command to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Step into a leadership role when the Manager is unavailable
Demonstrate visible, hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor
Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures
Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily activity monitoring
Coordinate shipping schedules and customer deliveries
Oversee order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping & receiving
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, balers)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization

What You Bring
Previous warehouse leadership or senior associate experience * Hands-on experience arranging and processing FTL, LTL and small package orders

Proven experience working with modern ERP platforms, WMS, OMS, and rate-shoppers, including configuration, reporting, and cross-functional integration
Forklift certification and experience (required)
Strong understanding of shipping, receiving & inventory processes
Experience supervising and training team members
Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely
Own steel-toe safety footwear
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform under pressure and manage priorities
