Commercial Purchasing Agent & Analyst Support

- Manage delivery change requests for projects and update them in the MMHF operating system
- Maintain and update the POS+ (CRM) system, including quote costs, quote numbers, and project timelines (start and end dates)
- Demonstrate knowledge of both POS+ and MMHF systems
- Review vendor open order reports, address past-due items, and update accurate delivery dates in the system
- Prepare and maintain weekly vendor award/decline reports
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Available to work part-time 3 days per week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Goal oriented and a Great team player
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
- Minimum College Diploma & Logistic
