- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Triumph motorcycles
- Perform maintenance and repairs on motorcycle engines, transmissions, and drivetrain systems
- Service braking, suspension, steering, and fuel systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems using diagnostic tools
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and scheduled service work
- Rebuild and repair engines and drivetrain components when required
- Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures
- Experience as a Motorcycle Technician or Motorcycle Mechanic
- Experience working with Triumph motorcycles or other major motorcycle brands
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools required
- Experience with Triumph, Ducati, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, or Honda motorcycles
- Previous dealership or motorcycle service center experience
- Motorcycle technician certification or equivalent experience
