- You participate in high performance circuit pack level power solutions (schematics and layouts), and work with hardware design primes to implement on their circuit packs.
- You will participate in designing AC and DC power interface modules and cooling systems for platforms.
- You will partner with hardware and mechanical design, as well as external supply partners to realize power hardware designs and with suppliers, corporate and manufacturing procurement organizations to deliver products and sub-systems into production.
- You will verify system and sub-component design with engineering and production prototypes.

- Bachelor of Engineering degree coupled with work term experience in system power and grounding design, power component circuit pack design, and product development cycle experience.
- Postgraduate in Electronics or Power Electronics.
- Possess project management knowledge and demonstrate work organizational skills.
- Experience with power lab test equipment, measurement techniques and product development experience in microelectronic power.
- Familiarity with PCB schematic capture and layout tools.
- Proven English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work in teams with other engineering disciplines in mechanical, power, thermal, hardware, software and systems for platform developments.
- Understanding converter topologies like Buck, boost, flyback, forward, Resonant LLC , and power supply close loop control.
- Ability to perform lab activity like soldering and rework PCBs.
- Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies
- Experience with simulation software such as LTSpice , PSPICE etc.
- Work term experience in Power Electronics.
- Work term experience in communication hardware product developments.
- Knowledge of power and ground, EMC design standards for Telcordia and Data center customers.
